Common questions
Can I see the machine before I pay?
Yes. Every buyer gets a free live video inspection on WhatsApp, and you are welcome to visit the workshop in person or send your own agent. You only pay a deposit once you are satisfied.
What is the payment process?
A deposit after inspection reserves the machine. The balance is due only after the pre-shipment check passes and you have seen the loading photos. Terms are put in writing before any money moves.
Do the machines come with a warranty?
One year on three core components. Wear parts and consumables are excluded, and the exact scope is written into the contract so there is nothing to argue about later.
Can you provide a CE certificate or a CEC for India?
We prepare the export document set and work with the inspection body your country requires. India's Chartered Engineer Certificate is covered in our import guide.
Which countries do you ship to?
We arrange sea freight worldwide from China, most often to South-East Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. Tell us your port and we will quote it.
