The machine is half the line. Drying, temperature control, feeding and granulating decide whether the parts you get out of it are saleable โ and they are the cheapest part of the order to get wrong.

Ancillaries change hands quickly. Ask for what is on the floor this week, or have us quote new alongside a used machine.
Ancillaries move in and out quickly and we mostly quote them alongside a machine rather than listing them. Tell us the resin, the throughput and the machine you are pairing them with and we will price the set.
What to get right in this category
Size the dryer to the throughput
A dryer is specified by kilograms per hour and residence time at temperature, not by the machine it sits next to. Give us the resin and the shot weight per hour.
Cooling is a cycle-time decision
Undersized chilling costs you seconds on every shot for the life of the machine. It is worth over-specifying slightly.
Match the loader to the throat
A loader that cannot keep up starves the screw and the shot weight wanders. Match it to the machine, not to a catalogue page.
Granulate near the press
Recovering sprues at the machine keeps regrind clean and dry. A separate central granulator is a different cost and a different result.
Questions buyers ask
Do you sell auxiliaries on their own?
Yes, though most buyers take them with a machine so we can size the set together and load one container.
Used or new for ancillaries?
Often new: dryers, chillers and loaders are a small fraction of the machine price, and a new one carries a warranty and a known service life. We will quote both.
Can it all ship in one container?
Usually. Ancillaries are crated around the machine and go on the same bill of lading, which keeps freight and clearance simpler and cheaper.
Other machine types
Tell us the part, we will tell you the machine
Send the part you are moulding and the destination port. We come back with what is in stock or what we can source, a condition report and a shipping quotation.
