This website is not a shop

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Machines are listed for information. Availability, specification and price are confirmed in writing per enquiry, and a sale is formed only by a signed contract or an accepted proforma invoice — not by anything on this website.

Machine information

Specifications are taken from machine plates, manufacturer documentation and our own measurements. Used machines are frequently modified during their working life, so a plate does not always describe the machine in front of you. Confirm any dimension or rating that is critical to your installation before shipping is booked.

Hour meters on used machinery are often unreliable and may have been reset or replaced. Where we publish an hour reading, it is reported as read from the machine, not warranted as accurate.

Condition, inspection and warranty

Machines are sold as pre-owned equipment on the basis of the inspection and condition report supplied for that machine. Unless expressly agreed in writing, no manufacturer warranty applies and no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is given. What we undertake is that the machine corresponds to the inspection video and the written condition report provided before purchase.

Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are quoted per machine, in writing, and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Payment terms, delivery terms (Incoterms), packing and lead time are stated on the proforma invoice. Risk and title pass as stated there.

Refurbishment

Refurbishment is optional and quoted separately as itemised work. Where refurbishment is agreed, the scope of work in the quotation is the whole of what is included.

Intellectual property and trademarks

Independent reseller of pre-owned machinery. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Haitian International. Haitian and related trademarks belong to their respective owners. Manufacturer names and model numbers are used on this site only to identify the equipment offered.

Text, photographs and layout on this website belong to Haishen Injection Molding Machine unless stated otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit, arising from the use of this website or from equipment supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
