Why choose us
Why buyers take the risk on a used machine with us
Buying used machinery across a border is a trust problem before it is a price problem. These are the specific things we do about it.
Real photographs of that machine
Every picture on a listing is of the machine you would receive, taken in our workshop. If a machine has not arrived yet we say so instead of using a photograph of a similar one.
Inspection under power, filmed
A photograph shows a machine exists. A video of it running shows it works. We record the dry cycle, the control panel and the machine plate as standard.
Written condition reports
What was tested, what was not, what is worn, what was replaced. A report that only says ‘good condition’ is not a report.
Refurbishment you can price
Cleaning, reseal, repaint, wiring check, screw and barrel work — quoted as line items so you can decide what is worth doing and what is not.
Loading done by us
We load, lash and photograph the container. If something arrives damaged there is a record of how it left.
Answers after the sale
Spare parts and installation questions get answered after the invoice is paid, which is when they usually come up.
Being straight about it
What we do not claim
- We are not a Haitian International dealer and we are not authorised by them.
- Used machines are sold on inspected condition, not a manufacturer warranty.
- Hour meters on used machines are often unreliable; we report them as read, not as fact.
- Where we have not tested a function, the report says so.
A used-machinery supplier who claims everything is perfect is telling you something about how the next problem will be handled.
